so i was asleep last night and at about 4 AM my dad came and woke me up and told me to get out of the house, so i woke up threw on some pants and a sweat shirt grabbed my i-pod and went out onto my drive way
so i'm waiting for my dad to come out and he comes out with my dog, i ask him what the problem was and he said our carbon monoxide detector was going off and he had called 911
so the firemen show up and they go in with detectors and they read positive for the gas
they come back out and check my family and i out to be sure we are ok, they said that our chimney needed to be swept cause i had a fire going in my basement and when i thought it had burned out i shut the flue, well it hadn't and it ignited again and thats how this all started, they said it forced it all up through the fireplace in my living room and then leaked to the rest of my house
it sucked, it was cold, and i had to wake up in about 4 hours for basketball practice, i was completely drained after
