Well, Basically I've known this girl like all of my life; She's like a cousin, but she isnt (Her Mum and Dad are best friends with my Mum and Dad)..

She's really pretty and has a great personality..

My advice :

Tell her how you feel and be as sincere as possible. Dont try and make it that big of a deal though. When your telling her, just kind of look straight and not at her, driblle a basketball or something that you can focus your attention on. If she likes you, shel tell you, if she doesnt, youve still left a door open to be friends because you didnt make it seem like a life or death situation.
