Well, this is a whine/cry sort of thing.

So im on the basketball team for my school. We practice every week day (and sometimes Saturday). Our practices are roughly 2 hours every day. We run a lot during our practices usually, unless its a day or two before a game. Ive been on the team since November, and ive been following the same schedule as I mentioned, two hour practices 5-6 days a week, not to mention the times I still go to the gym on Sunday to play regular pick up basketball games. Im starting to feel a little bit tired/fatigue. Usually I dont really feel tired at all unless theres long strethces of time where ive been running or excercising a lot. Just walking to class today, I felt a little bit of soreness in my legs and im a bit tired. Thankfully the season is over next week.

As long as your active during sex, your good.

...But really, your body should be able to get use to it, maybe its a stretch in your muscles, when did you start feeling it?

Meh I wouldnt say feeling "it" persay. Its just that I feel a lot more lazy now because when I have time to rest at home its like I dont wanna go anywhere because im tired and I need the rest. And I am even sleeping early on weekends recently, whats up with that? Ive never done that.

You're body is exhausted. So it shuts down, i know how that's like from working out too much for hockey. it'll pass once the season is over.

I know EXACTLY what you feel like, we usually run A LOT of sprints/suicides during practice, but it helps, we are one of the best in-shape teams.

Every month for about 5 days I feel lots of fatigued. I get cramps and I wear sweatpants and get cranky. And I hate boys.

I totally know what you're going thru Grey. I hate it when I'm on the rag.
