Gah I need help

So as many of you probably know, I have this problem of being nervous. Today I was gonna talk to the girl I like, but I couldnt. I had the whole conversation planned out and eveyrthing I was gonna say, but I just got nervous. As she was walking by, I got really nervous. I was about to talk, then she looked at me, I froze up, and she kept walking by. I know some of you have given me advice before, but I need real help now. What do I do to get rid of the nervousness? Do I punish myself for every day that goes by because I dont do it becuase im too nervous? Its unusual, because im never this nervous about this, but for some reason I cant help it.

Simple. Get her msn or IM address. Talk to her for ages on that, get comfortable; but dont tell her your feelings. Once you're comfortable, approach her in person :)

And if you talk to her on your IM; after a while, get her phone number.

Weeeeell the besttthing to do is like..See if she is on her own, Cause then you wont feel as stupied if you freeze up infront of her and her friends. Just take deep carlm breaths and talk about somthing you KNOW she is interested in. so you dont end up boring her or somthing.
Then just be confedent.
If you cant do that,if she is on her own at dinner, go sit with her then or somthing.

She will be by herself, because where I see here usually after school she is going home and isnt by her friends. The next time I see her will be friday, so I need to do it then. The more I keep putting it off, the worse I feel and more regrets I have. If I freeze up on friday, my entire weekend will be ruined.

you really can't stop yourself from being nervous. you just gotta be witty and confident. girls love that. the worst thing that will happen is you have an akward/funny moment. even then you will have something to laugh about with her =P

This same thing kind of happened to me, but it didnt work out and it sucked/sucks so much dick and i am still pissed about it sometimes so you deffinitely dont want that to happen, so just do it

haha prez listen. you're gonna be nervous. you're gonna seem like an idiot (trust me you really don't seem like one to her), but trust me just the fact that you have the balls to go up and talk to her. i garuntee she'll appreciate it bro. Start small talk you'll grow to become friends. you may realize that friends is where you two should be and you may realize that you two will be really good friends, and if you're not friends you'll probably sweep her off her feet =D

That makes sense. But I just hope talking to her is a good idea. The way I look at it is, theres no reason for her to not buy any of the bull shit im going to say. I have planned out what to say to her, and a formal way of asking her on a date or starting to hang out during school and stuff. But hopefully she is the girl I think she is, and will want to do stuff with me.

AHhh I am royally pissed off. It didnt work out today, I was about to talk to that girl, and some teacher got in the way and started giving me shit about something stupid. And this is the last time I would have been able to talk to her, since next week something is changing in my schedule and theres 3000 other people at my school and its hard to find one person. I knew this would happen, that procrastinating for so long would eventually bend me over and screw me up the butt hole. Im stuck now.

I did find out some valuable information. This girl that sits next to me in spanish class, apparently is good friends with her, so, I guess im just gonna ask her to introduce me to her. Hopefully that works. Oh well. Now I dont have a hot date for tomorrow night =(
