I'm really creeped out and somewhat angry at the same time. My brother's girlfriend just moved in with us so she can establish herself here, and eventually she's going to get her own place. But argh, my mom hooked her up with a job and she works an easy desk job from 9-6 (easy in the sense that it's not physically hard), and if she's not working she's sleeping, literally. She's like a cavewoman. Anyways my mom quit her job yesterday cause her boss scammed thousands of people and he took off with millions of dollars. The normal thing to do is to go out and look for a new job (like my mom did), but she's still in bed and it's almost 3pm, that means she's been sleeping since around 7pm. I know I've said I procrastinate, but I don't do it when my life depends on it so much. Plus, she's old and should be taking things more seriously. Normally things like this wouldn't bother me, but my brother needs a better partner that can motivate him when he gets out of jail. And I've talked to my brother on the phone and he sounds very mature and it looks like he's finally going to take life seriously when he gets out, but this chick is just gonna stop my brother from doing good things, I can feel it.

On a more selfish note, I planned to record a song today but I can't cause I don't like singing around her.

I haven't talked to him about it but my mom has, and he says he loves her and what not. We actually NEED her though, that way my brother will have a place to live when he gets out. My dad doesn't want him to move in with us, and that's understandable. His girlfriend is pretty bad but my mom is trying to train her into becoming a better person in general and it's kinda working. I'm gonna talk to my mom about her sleeping though.

I don't know if any good would come out of trying to convince your brother that she's not what's right for him. People seldom ever listen to those around them with the best intents and it usually just causes resentment towards the person telling them.

I'm going to invest in my mom's new business and I'm going to get paid while not being there. :D Well I still have to work but not as much. Eventually I'll stop taking commission though cause I know they need the money (so do I but I'll be doing my own thing later). And I found out why my brother's gf sleeps so much, she felt embarrassed cause she didn't know anyone in the house but she's starting to get more outspoken now and she might a job like a block away. :)

Thats good then. At least shes not completely lazy, just shy. Maybe you should spend more time with her and make her feel more comfortable and establish somewhat of a friendship with her. Then you can get to know her more and can better decide how you feel about her and your brother being together. Sorry about your mom's boss being a nasty scammer. I bet hes fat and partly balding.

Yup. It's mostly adults that I don't like to sing in front of though. I can sing in front of a bunch of "my" people and do fine.
