I decided a while ago that I needed a job, but I was too scared to actually try, living in Michigan with the worst job market isn't good, instead of having tons of jobs open for teenagers, adults take those jobs because they can't find anything else and there's not much left for us.

Anyways yesterday I was on my way home and I just decided to stop at this golf course/hotel, I ended up actually getting an interview right then and there, with the most intimidating woman I've ever met. She said she were going to be hard on through the entire interview and I just felt like wtf I'm not even prepared for this I don't even know what I'm interviewing for lol.

So in the end she tells me that she decides within the first 3 minutes if she is going to hire someone or not and I'd been in there for like 25 mins so I thought she was just taunting me. Then she said she loved my personality and smile and my hair(?) and that she'd love to take me on as a cart girl, I just ride around and serve drunk old golfers alcohol, and a banquet server, I get to wear a cute little tie and fill people's drinks. For more than min wage!!

I feel like I just fell into this wonderful job and I'm very happy, especially since I spent the last 2 years of my life slumming at kfc :)

That great Madi, congrats. Keep in mind though that is is extremely common for cart girls to get hit on by old guys constantly. This one girl in SD filed a sexual assault against this guy once because he would always grab her bum while she brought drinks.

No, I am just warning her that old men are perverts and love hitting on 18 year old girls who bring them beer. Its sad but true. But hopefully that won't ever happen to her.
