Reminisce your times on TA

I found this thread necessary, theres a few of us who have been here a while and the shocking news of TA being shut down made me go through old posts/threads thinking back on how great this site really is. Feel free to talk about your favorite thread or moment in TA.

i wasn't here long
but im just remembering back to the i empire release

1. we go to AvA.com and look at those strange words fly across the screen and a little techno ditty playing, not knowing to what we were listening to

2. we hear the rough demos at the acoustic show, i dubbed Secret Crowds the "craziest mother fucking shit ever"

3. long waiting, we here clean cuts of everythings magic and secret crowds

4. Late one night, just before release, i go to myspace and see ava is on, so i tell sergio, "hey maybe they will put some new songs up". Much to my dis belief, i reload, and there sat heaven at 0 plays. I then continue to spam sergio's private message box with "ZOMFG, FUCK FUCK SHIT DUCK BLAH this shit is roxing" or w/e

5. The album leaks and i listen to the full album that night, and it was one of the best days of my lives......

Bascially just coming here after ava shows late night and posting my reviews. While I was at the show, I kind of write my review as I go. I think of what im going to say, I try to get pictures of whats going on to show you all, when something happens I immediately think of how im gonna describe it. So many memories. But I must say the most fun thing ever, was the street team thread in the ava section, go look at the first 20 pages of that thread haha, so funny.

I remember how we use to wait for the first piece of AvA music, someitmes just waiting a few nights without sleep straight cuase some rumour or announcment was made, and some people just stayed awake and talked about random things all night, until the music really came. I miss those days ); and I'll miss the random conversation, and most of all the occassional long, smart and deep posts on AvA related stuff.

Coming here and having people to talk to, Expressing my feelings towards certain things. 'Sure people don't like me, But I love this community. I've became closer to certain individuals through-out my time here (3 Months, Sadly) Like Prez or w1t8w2 or bcr.

Even though i'm not believing that this site will get shut down, i'll reminisce anyway.

I remember back when i was a mod last year, and Devil allowed himynameismark to be an admin, even though he had no powers. He kept on asking in the mod forum how to delete posts and all of that shit, and we were like "it's so easy, just figute it out for yourself." It was great.

There is so much else i could go on for hours. I've met some wonderful people on this site.

This news made my day today like shit. But I'll never forget being able to tell everyone anything, and you guys don't get pissed. Telling my show stories and all of you being interested. Especially during I-Empire's release, every new news was great. Let's hope this isn't true. I Love you guys, if I found out it is true, I'll go through the myspace thread and add you all.

I remember joining here when I found it just as Good day and the Adventure came out, and waiting for ever for WDNTW. Then not going on the computer a lot and rejoining when I-Empire was coming out. I never used to post a lot just mostly reading but just started to post regularly, and I know not a lot of people know me but just reading everything and seeing people like Prez and Hobbit post shit, everyone on here like Josh, Grey, Chris, everyone here, this place can't get shutdown. one of my most cherished memories on TA is probably when we first got the news about new stuff coming on to TA and the chat room. It was soo much fun in that chat room, it made my night for that whole week.
