my ipod got jacked

yesterday someone stole my ipod and now today i found out who it was. so today i was trying to get a hold of him and i even went to his house, and it turns out that he went about 45 mins/ away to pawn shop to pawn it and a bunch of other kids stolen things.

what should i do .. i want to think of something smart to do, not jsut kick his ass hahah

and sugestions?

I just heard about someone getting their phone and ipod stolen in my locker room at school because their lock got picked. Now I am REALLY scared to bring mine to school. I'm already paranoid as it is about that kind of stuff.
