You can download if the stream doesn't work. Might wanna turn the volume up.
just me singing one of my ideas on acoustic guitar, a shitty 20 second demo done at one in the morning with a couple crappy mics. This was done in about twenty minutes and I'm sure it shows. You can hear the tv in the background...oops...
Not sure if I should keep going with it...let me know! I usually do more electronic guitars and drums and whatnot, so the acoustic thing is kind of new for me.
The band name...I don't know where it came from. What do you think?

I like the sounds of the vocals and the lyrics so far. It would be worth continuing on with. I had an immediate thought as to a possible direction you could take it in; I'm not sure if you'd like to do this or not though.
What I would do is juxtapose what you have with something basically completely different into the same song. The Beatles used to do this with some of their songs, then Paul continued on with doing it in Wings. Blink did it with Feeling This, Queen did it often and MCR seems to do it a lot.
So, I think you should continue developing this part of the song with the acoustic guitar and vocals but then after a couple verses, just go into something totally different. Maybe throw in electric guitars, drums, keyboards or all. Up the tempo and rock the fuck out of the song.
Then maybe end it acoustically again.
Just my two cents. It just seems like the perfect beginning to a song like that.

That sounds like a badass idea.
It's definitely a rough version, some of the timing is way off. When you do acoustic stuff, your voice is left wide open for interpretation so to hear that the vocals aren't too bad is a relief.. I was a bit tired for singing too. I really need to work at better hours.

Thanks guys, appreciate it. I actually just rerecorded, but vocals and lyrics are still in the process. It's a bit faster than this one, but the same ideas basically.
