I am not sure if I have this right but it seems that Victory Records is releasing an album of old TBS tracks to gain some extra profit off of TBS's sucess that they gained with Warner Bros records. Much like what Kung Fu records did (after the success that blink had with MCA records) when they re-released Buddha.
