...continue playing soccer and going to the conditioning. Today was the first day for conditioning and it was the worst. We had to run almost non-stop for like 30 minutes, and then we played some soccer, and then ran more. Like 6 kids threw up multiple times, and I almost threw up myself. I got a horrible headache, and while we were playing soccer, the ball hit my eye and now I have a black eye. So what do you guys think I should do? Keep going or quit?

stick with it if you really enjoy it and have fun. quit if you dont feel this way. that's how i would handle this.

if you like soccer and think your good at it, keep playing. There's no reason to stop, at all.

Don't quit. What doesn't kill you makes you stronger.

Dont be a pussy, and just keep going. It sounds like your season or w/e is just starting, in the beginning they will always make you work hard, a big reason for this is to see who quits and who doesnt and who is commited. Same thing for me and trying out for basketball this year, running like hell at tryouts the first 2 days, then the 3rd day whoever didnt quit and had the best talent made the team. Conditioning is a good way to scare off the shitty athletes.
