I'm confused

I just listened to the new songs, and i'm struggling to decide whether this next album is going to sound more like Blink 182 than WDNTW. I absolutely loved WDNTW but after hearing these 4 songs, it sounds like this album is going to have a much faster pace to it, making it more remniscient of Blink. What do you guys think?

You cant say the same thing about war,adventure or the gift right?
WDNTW is turned out great for a debut but I think that I-Empire will be 10 times better just like Tom said..

Obviously in everything's magic you can hear blink but as he has said before this album would be much more diverse so not one overall sound like WDNTW (minus the war).

maybe every 4 songs are different, like those 4 sound like blink (not that much in my opinion) and the next 4 would be like WDNTW and the next 4 new sound. if you do the math right, its 12 songs.

he's also said its the '2nd part of WDNTW' so having some more upbeat fast songs will help make the live set more fresh and fast, but i think will integrate perfectly with the old material. it's still the same subject matters and concepts that's driven tom since 2001 so i think it'll rock!

in the last ava chat, tom said there would be 10 tracks. But at their acoustic show, they said that everything's magic was something they just wrote, which should make it 11. I haven;t heard anything about 12 tracks

Who knows maybe they tweaked SOB a little for the CD. I've only ever heard the live version. I hope they keep the 4 minute intro. That's the best part.

I already got SOB - the full 8 minute version, but i'll probably swap it with the album version when it comes out

Yeah I have both of the ones from Punk Disasters. There's a good quality live version and then a little crappier quality one. I actually like the lesser quality one better because the song is slightly different.
