Colin Mcrae RIP

Police have confirmed that 1995 World Rally Champion Colin McRae and his five-year-old son Johnny were among four people who died in a helicopter that crashed near his home in Lanark, Scotland, yesterday.

Police confirmed their identity this morning. They also said there were no survivors in the accident.

Formal identification is expected in the next few days.

The helicopter came down at Jerviswood, near Lanark, at about 4.10pm on Saturday. There were four people on board.
