First thread!

Ive never been good at drawing, so uhhh. How do you guys get so good at it, do u just practice a lot or does it just come natural. It seems simple to draw but for me its really hard taking ideas from my mind and creating them on paper :(

Agreed. I HATE translating my ideas into drawings, my mind is so much more talented than my body :(
Practice usually makes perfect, though some people are naturally gifted as I've learnt looking at my friends work :/

i steal other people's ideas, im not original.I once drew a drawing with a 2 headed Unicorn with a Space ship abducting some anime dude with a skateboard. Tom DeLonge inspired me to draw that

Take an art class, it helps. That's how I learned how to shade. But I can't draw any original stuff. I only draw stuff that already exists, like band logos, etc.

Go to nursing school. They teach you to draw blood.

I love drawing :) I like drawing manga images.
Normally i would copy them and change them to how i want them to look. Or just make up something on the spot. Just depends really. If you want to get good, then i would start copying things first, then eventually when you feel you are getting better. Start to alter them slightly. Then eventually you should be able to come up with whatever you want to on the spot.
Also listening to music helps me draw.
