Just because your web site address can't use proper punctuation doesn't mean your entire business should suffer!
I'd noticed this and always thought the same, but it wouldn't look right with the apostraphe anyway.

Thanks for writing in! I will definitely post the header to Toms Angels to Apostrophe Catastrophes. The first commenter is right that you can't have an apostrophe in a URL, but that doesn't mean that the title of the site can't be properly punctuated! One example is Sleepy's. I keep hearing their commercials on the radio. http://www.sleepys.com/

Just because it's not possible to put an apostrophe in a url, you shouldn't leave it out of the web site's title to match. Case in point: a blog reader named Chris brought Toms Angels [sic] to my attention. Toms Angels is a fansite for one guy named Tom (Tom DeLonge), but there's no apostrophe to be found anywhere.

Tom looks kind of shocked that his fans committed an apostrophe catastrophe on a site devoted to him.

The next question is, will the news of TA being named and shamed for poor grammar be on the main news? Or T4PH first.. :p
