Thank you for your feedback. I was unaware that the videos posted that were on youtube were taken from Modlife. I would recommend contacting Youtube to remove any videos which you are the copyright holder of as it will help to get them removed from any site that is posting them. I have attempted to remove any Modlife content that has been posted by members of Toms Angels.

I have reviewed this section of your terms of service which is seemingly contradictory to the message you sent me as it states that links can not be made to Modlife:

"You may not (and may not authorize any party to) (|) co-brand this site, or (II) frame this site, or (III) hyper-link to this site, without the express prior written permission of an authorized representative of MODLIFE."

So, just to be safe, I will make every effort to prevent all members of Toms Angels to not only avoid posting content from Modlife, but I will also work diligently to prevent anyone from linking to or even mentioning Modlife in any capacity.

For over four years, Toms Angels has worked to publicize and promote all of Tom DeLonge's musical and business endeavors and provided an enormous amount of free publicity to him and his companies. Clearly, it is the intent of Modlife to cling and charge fans for any and all information about the band. I had previously believed that the major mission of the site was to make money for bands and the primary way of making money was to offer interaction with band members.

I truly wish Modlife success as a I am a true and genuine fan of Tom DeLonge and I appreciate the efforts the site has made at innovation and progression to create something different. With that said, I feel the company does not truly understand the fans and is not exercising the best avenues of generating interest and getting people to be willing to subscribe.

I wish you the best of luck in the future, but I am going to take your message very seriously and from today forward, Modlife is dead to TomsAngels.com.

Anyone who posts anything from that site will be subject to immediate action and will be warned and possibly be banned. I don't want to do this.

Honestly, we have all come to the conclusion that Modlife has NO UNDERSTANDING whatsoever about their target market and they do not understand fans at all and I think this is just a continuation of that.

I don't want so much as a MENTION about Modlife on here just to avoid any possible complications.

The whole concept of Modlife is a disaster. They do not understand their audience at all and it could be so much more successful. I think Tom needs to get someone else to manage that company - it is an epic failure.

If the point of the site is to make money for bands due to failing record sales, the logic is poor. If people are not willing to spend 10 dollars for your album, they aren't going to be willing to pay $84 a year to read a BRIEF and poorly updated blog or to look at a trailer for something they are going to try to sell us.

Guess what, this is completely stupid. I understand they are trying to prevent their business from losing subscriptions, but I honestly don't think they get it.

They need to give people a genuine reason to subscribe. I think the modcams and modblasts are along the right lines. They need to stop letting fans down by promising bullshit remixes, live concerts, etc.

The fact that they think the trailer for the Love movie shouldn't be spread around the internet has to be the STUPIDEST fucking thing I have ever heard any company say. It isn't like we posted the movie, it was a God damn trailer to help PROMOTE the movie. Could you imagine if a movie studio got pissed that people were posting their new movie trailers on their sites to promote a new movie? No ONE WOULD KNOW SHIT ABOUT IT!
