Hey I meant to post this is the "What would you like to see with the next site update" thread but didn't get around to it...

I think it would be really cool if we could somehow gather scans of all the magazines that AVA has been in and have them in a gallery on the main part of the website. It would be fun to be able to read through all of them.

Also maybe add a Media section onto the main site (outside of the forum). I know that Sergio has some really good, high quality pictures of AVA that would be great to put up. And it would be cool to have the music videos/short films in one place.

Ps. I like the joke site header.

This is the most ambitious and challenging project I have ever undertaken in my life. The new site is like a compilation of a million different elements working together in perfect harmony.

It look so frigging good and there are so many new elements to it, but it is definitely still a work in the making and I still have a lot of work to complete, but I have never been so excited about any other design work ever.

Since this is pretty much the project of my life, I cannot give a time estimate. It would be a disservice to the art and to all of you if I impose a deadline on this. You can't rush greatness and this is nothing short of epic.

I really can't say. The only thing I know for sure is that this next site revision is not only going to change how you think of Tom, blink, AvA, and fansites, but it is going to completely change what your expectations are for the entire internet. Nothing else will even look good or feel worth your time after this launches.

I do want to be clear that this is going to take some time to finish. Even though I have the basics of the layout worked out already, I am putting a ton more work into this. There are going to be a ton of site elements that have never existed before and this is really going to change how you interact with the site...and how the site interacts with you.

:) Damn right! Seeing you spell it "grammer" brought back a funny memory to me haha. This dude in a chat room told me I had bad "grammer" and I argued with him for a while that it was spelled "grammar" and not "grammer". I just gave him a link to dictionary.com with "grammar" as the searched word, and the dude just left the chat. I thought it was pretty funny.
