...Simple Plan?

I think they're one of the best pop punk bands to come out since blink-182. They're finishing up a new record and I'm kind of excited to hear new music from them. Any one a fan of SP?

hahahah i remember when simple plan first came out, with I'd Do Anything music video and i was like, hey isn't that Mark and then he sang and i yelled IT IS! They're good, a lot of people don't like them but i do. They only made 2 records right?

Before they made their first album I heard some early work by them and thought they were alright but that was 7 years ago and I never really got into them. I was interested in a couple of their singles but I'am not really a fan.

They also had a live CD that was supposed to come out a year or so ago. I saw an ad for it in AP I think it was.

Yeah they do have a lot of critics. Some girl at my school said that she like them and everyone laughed their ass off at her. I kinda like them but im not realy a fan.

They had really whiny cry-baby songs, I hated the voice of the singer, and after I heard two or three of their songs I simply marked them under the "bands that suck" list in my mind.

Last week my cousin said she heard a great song, and she send it to me, and I was like "OMG" its Simple Plan, and they suck more than ever.
She send me a few other songs from them and I acttually liked the intro of one of them, but then that annoying singer came in... Seriously, I can't stand that guys voice, the lyrics I catched were pretty hollow, and I couldn't lose the feeling that they are like a boy band with instruments.

They had this REALLY emo song called "Untitled(How Could This Happen To Me)" that had really emo lyrics that people really liked.

and vl i feel similiar to a band called OAR i think? and they have good music, i just don't like the vocals at all, it's too bad cause i'd like them if they had a different singer

I never thought Pierre's voice sounded bad. I really like his voice to be honest I had the chance to see them in concert for $14 but it was too last minute and I couldn't find anyone to go with me. I wish I would have just gone alone. Anyway, I thought more people on here would like them.
