Simple sandwiches with ham, cheese, and mayo. Sometimes I'll throw in some tomato. I usually toast the bread a little too. Tuna sandwiches also own. :)

One sandwhich I make that I haven't seen in any sandwhich shops is a real simple one with avocado and sprouts with a real small amount of mayo mixed into the avocado. Its good and healthy.

crabcakes are good, i've never heard of that... what gives it the lump name?

I don't know either. I guess it comes from it being just one big lump of crabcake inbetween the bread. I go to Cafe Del Sol every week and get their lump crabcake panini. It's the best crabcake I've ever had.

Yeah. There's so much nasty shit in the food industry. I act stubborn and ignore most of it because then I wouldn't eat anything. But the cancer and puss was too much.
